CSDirectory.com's Read Science and Health in a Year Yahoo! eMail Group

We invite you to participate. We've now completed Science and Health and are now reading and discussing PROSE WORKS by Mary Baker Eddy.

Description:
Started on May 30th, 2005, the Read Science and Health group completed reading and discussing Science and Health on October 25, 2006.

We began a read through and discussion of Prose Works on Monday, November 6, 2006. It will take about 2 years to complete the book. We're reading each of the component "books" of Prose Works in chronological order of copyright.

Join the Read Science and Health in a Year Group in the reading and discussion of Prose Works
Please read the "Rules and Regs" and "How it Works" (below) before joining.

Rules and Regs
This is a private online group, so you have to be a member to post and read messages. You'll fit in perfectly if you can agree to following The Golden Rule (do unto others as you would have them do unto you) and the spirit of Mary Baker Eddy's A Rule for Motives and Acts.

You don't have to be a member of the Christian Science church to join, just have a desire to learn more and talk about the Science and Health and Christian Science.

How it works
The online group is run from the Yahoo! Groups site, so in order to view and post messages, you'll need a Yahoo! ID. You can get one free at Yahoo.com.

Note: if you don’t have a Yahoo! ID, this link will take you to a form to create one.

When creating your Yahoo! ID, you'll have a few choices:

1) Email notification
Use an existing email address, or create a new one. If you want to use an existing email, just fill it in at the appropriate place and uncheck the box offering a free Yahoo! address.

2) Receiving messages from the group
You have three options for receiving messages, so just pick the one you most prefer. You'll be able to change this option later if you want.

Individual Emails
You'll receive an email every time someone posts a message to the group, including the reading assignment for the day email. You'll get a lot of emails, but it will be easier to reply and you'll be able to do it sooner.

Digest Emails
You'll receive all of that day's messages, including the reading assignment for the day, in one long email. You'll only get one daily email, but in order to reply, you'll need to change the subject line of the email and delete all extraneous information from the message. (This keeps the email from getting unnecessarily long.)

No Emails
In order to access the messages for that day, you can go to the group's message archive page. You'll be able to reply to postings right there on the page.

Once you've filled in the form and received your Yahoo! ID, you're in! Please feel free to participate, enjoy the reading, and post your questions and inspiration. You'll make many new friends and deepen your spirituality. Thanks for joining!
